Our editorial rule
Hydrogenology distinguishes what a source reports from what has been independently checked. Indexed does not mean verified, and a reported result is not a Hydrogenology conclusion.
Source access
For every study, we first look for a lawful free full-text source. Publisher access and free access are shown separately. If only an abstract is available, the extraction is marked incomplete. We never fill missing values with estimates.
Intervention details
Each record states whether the intervention used H₂ without co-delivered oxygen or Brown’s gas / oxyhydrogen. H₂ flow is reported in mL/min when the source provides it; oxygen delivered with H₂ is identified separately.
Evidence separation
Human and preclinical evidence are kept separate. Laboratory or animal findings are never presented as proof of clinical benefit in people.
Review before conclusions
Final syntheses require a dated protocol, reproducible search, eligibility criteria, verified extraction, risk-of-bias assessment, outcome-level certainty, limitations, funding and conflict disclosures, and documented human editorial review. Until those steps are complete, the site says “no conclusion yet.”
People, conflicts, and AI
Hydrogenology is currently founder-led. The founder's identity, role, lack of medical qualification, use of AI and relevant current limits are disclosed on the About page. Qualified external reviewers, their roles, affiliations and relevant conflicts will be named on final editorial publications. No current synthesis is labeled final. AI may assist organization and drafting but may not publish a medical conclusion autonomously.
Corrections
Every study record includes a discrepancy form with a tracking ID. Corrections that could affect health decisions are prioritized. Material changes will be dated and recorded in the relevant page history.
