How to report a possible error
Use the contact address or the discrepancy route linked from a study record. Please identify the exact page, the wording or data point that may be wrong, and the relevant location in the original source. Do not include personal medical information.
How reports are handled
A report is checked against the cited source and, when necessary, against publisher metadata, registry entries or lawful full-text copies. A submitted report is not treated as correct until the evidence is checked. Corrections that could materially affect interpretation or health decisions receive priority.
What is recorded
Material changes are dated on the affected record or in this public log. Minor spelling, formatting or link repairs may be made without a separate public entry when they do not alter meaning. Older wording is retained in the project history.
Current public correction log
- 14 August 2026: public, shareable URLs were added for the research directory, topics and study records. This changed access and presentation, not the extracted study findings.
- 6 August 2026: the 2013 Parkinson’s record was expanded using an author-uploaded full-text copy; publisher access and lawful free-full-text availability were separated.
Present limitation
Hydrogenology is founder-led and does not yet have a standing independent medical or statistical review board. The person responsible, use of AI and current review limits are disclosed on the About page. A correction confirms that a stated item was changed; it does not imply independent validation of the entire library.
