Use of the site
You may use Hydrogenology for lawful personal, educational, or research purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass protected areas, upload malicious material, or submit content that violates another person’s rights.
Copyright and database use
Hydrogenology claims rights only in its original editorial writing, assessments, classifications, selection, arrangement, presentation, and database compilation. No ownership is claimed over scientific facts, bibliographic identifiers, third-party article titles, or third-party publications. Limited quotation for criticism, citation, education, or research is permitted when Hydrogenology is clearly attributed and linked.
Automated scraping, bulk extraction, reconstruction of the structured library, systematic republication, removal of provenance information, or commercial reuse of a substantial part of the database requires prior written permission, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Ordinary human browsing, linking, and source-level citation remain welcome.
Evidence content
Study records and summaries are works in progress unless clearly marked as reviewed. Indexing, publication, or inclusion on this site is not proof of authenticity, quality, clinical efficacy, or safety.
Your submissions
You remain responsible for comments, device-testing requests, discrepancy reports, and screenshots you submit. Public submissions must not contain sensitive personal information, advertising, product promotion, unlawful material, content that violates another person’s rights, or abusive, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise inappropriate language. Device-testing requests must identify the category, manufacturer, and exact model factually and must not contain marketing claims or purchase links. Inclusion in a request count or administrator-selected Top 3 position is not an endorsement, recommendation, test result, or commitment to test. A public submission remains hidden until its required email confirmation and Hydrogenology moderation are completed. Submission does not guarantee publication or Top 3 placement. After confirmation, a private receipt containing the submitted public-facing fields, display name or pseudonym, GMT submission time, and recorded acknowledgement is sent to the verified email address. You permit Hydrogenology to store the submission for review and to publicly display the approved fields described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
The site may be corrected, updated, limited, or unavailable without notice. These terms and related policies may change as the service develops; the revision date will be shown on each page.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hydrogenology is not responsible for decisions made from site content or for third-party websites linked from it. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
