Appetite and cravings, body composition, sleep, quality of life, lipids, GLP-1 and short-chain fatty acids
Between-group p values were 0.05 for cravings, sleep and GLP-1, 0.02 for total cholesterol and 0.04 for LDL. No major body-composition or quality-of-life differences were observed; no severe adverse effects were reported.
